Unparalleled in Performance.
Highland Tank provides you with the strongest and most reliable oil/water separators in the industry.
Our separators are designed to remove oil, grease, light petroleum products, and oily coated solids from a variety of wastewater discharges.
The technology used to produce ordinary metering pumps has barely changed in over a generation. As a result, ordinary metering pumps have operational limitations and greater cost consequences.
Hydra-Cell® is not an ordinary metering pump. Hydra-Cell® Metering Solutions pumps enable you to meet and, in most cases, exceed API 675 performance standards with virtually pulse-less, linear flow while providing many other operational benefits.
Imo® Model 3E pumps are three screw, positive displacement, rotary pumps designed and engineered for excellent suction capability over a wide range of fluid viscosities. Flow rates (1 to 100 GPM) are proportional to rotating speed when the pump is operated within the recommended pressure range. The pump has the ability to self-prime in a piping system designed to facilitate this feature.
Hydra-Cell® T80 Series pumps feature an exclusive sealless diaphragm design that eliminates packing and plunger wear, leakage, external lubrication and emission - resulting in lower costs of ownership and maintenance and longer life than traditional packed pumps.
Hydra-Cell positive displacement pumps feature a seal-less pumping chamber and hydraulically-balanced diaphragm design, enabling the pumps to provide leak-free, low-maintenance performance while processing difficult fluids over a wide range of pressures and flows.
Hydra-Cell pumps can run dry without damage and the seal-less design and horizontal disk check valve enable the pump to handle abrasive slurries and particulates (up to 500 microns) that can destroy other pumps. In addition, Hydra-Cell D/G Series pumps provide repeatable, accurate output – ideal for metering and dosing applications.
These are heavy duty pumps with a simple, compact design. They offer a wide range of flow rates from 0.1 to 37 gpm (0.4 to 128 l/min) and pressures up to 2500 psi (170 bar). Multiple diaphragms minimize pulsations, so Hydra-Cell operates virtually pulse-free, often eliminating the need for expensive pulsation dampeners.
Series 6D Imo® Pumps are medium pressure lube oil pumps. Typical applications include crude oil pipeline service, fuel atomization for burning in a steam boiler, fuel injection for combustion gas turbines, fluid power service on hydraulically operated machinery, gas sealing in centrifugal compressors and hydrostatic bearing support.
These pumps are hydraulically balanced in both the axial and radial directions which eliminates bearing loads due to discharge pressure. The single bearing is external to the liquid pumped and does not rely on the lubricating qualities of the pumped liquid. The single mechanical seal is exposed only to inlet pressure. Very low airborne noise levels are normal for Imo® three screw positive displacement pumps as are high operating efficiencies and non-pulsating delivery of flow.
The Imo CIG® pump line is a family of rugged, reliable, high pressure pumps with silent, ripple-free performance. Longer life, lower pressure ripple, lower contamination sensitivity and maximum energy savings result in the highest "Total Savings of Ownership" across the entire life-cycle of your pumping equipment solution.
Your pumping requirements demand fluid transfer solutions that are engineered and manufactured with an in-depth knowledge of the unique advantages of progressing cavity technology. Allweiler PC pumps from Colfax® deliver reliable, efficient and stable performance for a wide range of liquids including highly viscous, neutral or aggressive fluids with entrained air, or even with fiber and solids content.
Series 3D is a general purpose three screw pump available in 19 different displacements. These pumps incorporate full hydraulic balance which cancels axial and radial thrust loads due to discharge pressure.
Ideal for low pressure lube oil applications.

Cylindrical Aboveground and Underground Passive Grease Interceptors.
Customized to Meet Your Application.
Passive Grease Interceptors (PGI) help FSE and food production/processing industries comply with the EPA Sewer Pretreatment Regulations. PGIs are high-performance gravity grease interceptors designed to intercept and remove large quantities of sewer clogging FOG and oily food waste before it is discharged in a municipal wastewater treatment system.
Unmatched Quality and Service.
The PEMO AO/AB and AO/AB/DC Series horizontal design pumps are designed for heavy duty slurry and/or acid applications. These rubber lined pumps are the heart of the PEMO product line. Available single and double stages, the AO/AB Series are end suction pumps with single or double mechanical seals. When pumping acid liquids, the shaft and the mechanical seal housing can be made of special alloys.
The PEMO Ultra Hard Metal (750-800 BHN),or hardalloy, horizontal design pumps are recommended for highly abrasive sludges where higher pressures are required. All the main parts, such as casings and impellers, are made completely of Hardalloy. Available single, double and triple stages, the PEMO Hardalloy Series pumps can operate at higher temperatures and for longer cycle times. Custom designed hardalloy pumps can also be provided if required.
PEMO Submersible Pumps are designed for use in deep sumps where a vertical pump would be too costly or impossible to install. They feature air cooled motors with a range of 1 - 100 hp, and up to 3500 rpm. The motors are also furnished with thermal protection and leak detection alarm probes. Standard power cable lengths are 23 ft. (7 meters).
The unique features of the internal coatings give PEMO submersible pumps a broad range of applications. They can pump a wide range of liquids or abrasive slurries with up to 30% suspended solids by weight and particle size up to 20 mm in diameter.
Pump flow capacities range to 3200 gpm with pressures up to 80 psig. They are available in either rubber lined or hardalloy construction, and have double mechanical seals with SC/SC or TC/TC stationary faces versus rotating seal faces.
Highland Tank®'s HighGuard underground tanks combine the structural strength of steel tank construction with the lasting protection of polyurethane coating to produce a high-quality storage tank second to none.
